Shipping Questions
What kind of shipping do you offer?
We offer standard shipping via USPS and charge you a flat rate based on order total. We also ship internationally using USPS. Our rates are $5.99 for orders between $0-$50, $8.99 for orders between $50-$100, and free shipping for orders greater than $100!
When will my order ship?
We try to ship everything as soon as possible. Orders shipped USPS ground or international are shipped within 1 - 3 business days after the order is placed. The exact timing of shipment all depends on how many orders are in line in front of yours since we are a small operation right now. Oh and remember “business” means Monday through Friday and excludes most US holidays.
Returns Questions
What is Marbela's return policy?
We will repair, replace, or exchange any item that breaks during shipment or breaks during ownership. If we cannot find the same item to replace or exchange, we will exchange the broken item for an item of similar value. We have the right to make the final decision on whether the item qualifies for the return policy. For "Deals" items purchased, all sales are final and there are no returns accepted.
Order Questions
How do I order online?
Once you’re done adding the jewelry items to your shopping cart, checking out is easy and fast! You can always view what you’ve purchased by clicking the “Shopping Cart” link at the top of the page. Once you are ready to check out, follow the prompts to place your order. If you have questions, please contact us at the email address at the top of the page.
What are my payment options?
Marbela accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Can I change an order after it is placed?
You can login to your account, click My Account, and click view for Order History. If we have not shipped the product yet, email us to change the order. If you would like to add to an order, please place a new order. If you put an invalid address, your order will ship to that address and be returned to the warehouse. The reshipment will likely generate additional shipping charges.
Why should I create an account?
Once you create an account, you will be able to access your account by using your email address and a password that you have created. Only you will have access to this information. The benefits of doing this are: a) Easy access to order history, saved items & more, b) Faster check out with stored shipping & billing information, c) Exclusive offers via e-mail such as discounts.
What is the status of my order?
If you've created a Marbela account, you can login and click the My Account link at the upper right of the page. Then click view button next to the Order History section. From there you will be able to see the status of all your orders.
Is my credit card information secure?
Definitely Yes! We use Authorize.net to process credit card payments and they are the market leader in the payment processing industry.
